i've been trying to see the positive in the picture.... um... freedom of religion?
oh, something noteworthy, i think the mural means down with the U.S. government, not the American people, because everyone i asked there said that they love Americans (my cousins were obsessed with American pop music and Hollywood movies) but are pissed at the American government for always talking badly about Iran and trying to lure them into war.
it doesn't seem that Iran would start a war with the U.S....why would their government want to destroy its own country? that would be counter-productive to the well-being of everyone involved... so, i'm rambling, but anyway, feel better about it!

but hey, is the government ever an accurate representation of its people?
not in my experience, anyway.
